How can I grow the best sweet peppers that I can....

Let me first start off by saying that I am working the area that I wish to plant my sweet peppers with plenty of good compost and coffee grinds from Starbucks. And I plan on companion plant with basil.

any suggestions? thank you

Thanks soil! And now that I have learned how to properly apply coffee grinds to my garden soil, hopefully they will do great!

Raise the bed where you plant the peppers. A raised bed is a easy way to keep the soil warm. Pepper roots like heat.
Cover the bed with black landscape fabric. This will absorb and hold in the heat.

If you make your own compost just add the coffee grounds to it while your making it.
