quick question for you experienced gardeners out there!

can my sweet pepper plants be snipped off at the very top to grow a bush like my basil? they are still indoors under lights(18/6) and some seem to be blooming... and they wont start hardening for outside till another 4-6 weeks..

No, don't clip your pepper plant. You will damage the plant and set it back considerably. But you can just pinch the flower off, so that the plant will keep putting its energy into growing, not flowering and setting fruit.
