Last year, I lost my crop of potatoes due to the worst drought in 65 years to hit my area.
I saved potatoes from the Farmer's Market, and stored these in a far back corner of my kitchen for 'seed' potatoes.
I had also forgotten about some potatoes and they began to sprout in the potato bin.
I got the potatoes out, first the bin ones and cut the eyes and got them ready to plant.
Then, I remembered the stored ones, and got them out.
These are the most unusual looking sprouts that I have ever seen.
I would like to know if you have ever had potatoes forming tiny potatoes before you even plant them? I even have baby potatoes coming out of the inside of the 'seed' potatoes.

Do these look as weird to you all as they do to me? Someone that I showed them to thought GMO. Someone else thought simply they had broken dormancy early and were growing the only way they could. I honestly don't know, what to think.
