I saw some Earthgrow potting soil for like $3 at the store and I'm wondering how good it is. It supposedly has only some organic materials in it, but I want to be sure.
I don't care if it doesn't have any nutrients or ferts, I just don't want any chemicals.
So, any input?

Yikes! OK, so it looks like cheap may not be the best way to go this time.
Even the reviews of it give it 2 out of 5 stars after some 50 reviews.
Also, the mere fact that it's in the miracle grow family is a little unsettling as well.
OK, so leads to the question, what's a good, cheap, organic potting soil? I'm only going to use it for 2.5 months to start seedlings so I'm not picky...just don't want any chems.
Thanks for any advice .
