Super Sugar Snap to be specific. Not that I am anywhere close to being able to sow them - but I do have some 200-cell trays I want to start them in and see how they grow. My goal is to be able to deliver peas to a market in early May - that will not happen if I wait until the middle of March to sow them and wait until early April for them to germinate and begin growing. But if I can transplant a few hundred in early April, I should have stuff to sell in six weeks or so.
Anyone tried this?

Yup!
I've done this with peas and beens.
Starting them in the greenhouse in a gutter.

Then I transplanted into the garden.
