This is the range to the west.

This is what I see looking south.

I may have shown you this one before?
This is the small town where I live nestled there in the valley. I was west of the town looking east for this shot.

I garden in a small city lot in a suburb of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. My saving grace is that I can walk to Lake Michigan if I need to drink in a view.

Your view is outstanding!

Jal, you are so lucky to be surrounded by mountains like that! That picture of the town nestled in the mountain valley looks just like a Hallmark card.

I know that's why your plants do so well...they have such a great view! Well, that and the fact that you are pretty skilled gardener .

They grow big and tall, out-competing each other for the best view? :>

Hey Jal - Happy New Year!!
I'm coming up for air after having my babygirl and was happy to see some new photos of your garden view. How fortunate you are.

Did you bury a pitful of veggies this autumn? When can we anticipate you opening it up? March?

I'm not sure what I'm more jealous of.....the view or the snow!!
Anyone wants to send their snowstorm my way, we need about another 12" for the trails to reopen :( I miss my snowmobile! Winter really sucks without something to do....
