bug problem

I'm getting little holes in pretty much all my leaves. Ive seen some grasshoppers around, but I think its multiple creatures getting in my garden. Guys got any recommendations on how to deter these pests.

also, how much is the plant affected by these little holes. Do I need to get new ones?

Flea Beetle is like a shotgun blast, many tiny holes.


Floating row cover is a good defense.
