Useful plant or weed?

Hi all... need help identifying this plant that sprung up in my brassica bed. It has shot up in between my buk choy and is thriving. Wasn't sure whether it was a weed or not, so I let it grow a little so it may become more identifiable.
Unfortunately I still haven't seen anything else in the garden like it. However some pretty yellow flowers have bloomed on it. Ideas on whether I should keep it or weed it?

I believe that is Easter Cassia (Senna pendula 'glabrata'). It's a shrub considered to be invasive in your area.

You can find more information here. :)

D-OHH!! I'll have to pull it out asap! it's funny that there aren't any other cassia like it in the garden... Thanks for the ID once again Kisal. You really are a bit of a garden sleuth! ;)
