What is this?

Sun Aug 06, 2006 12:50 am

I am guessing a pumpkin, but someone told me it is too bright of a yellow to be one......it was golf ball size 2 weeks ago, now soccer ball size.

On a vine 15-20 feet long, leaves are about 10" in size.

Fruit is bright yellow, pretty smooth.....any ideas?

I don't know how to tell you to post a pic on the site, but you could use one of the free sites like photobucket.com and link your album to here by a copy and paste method.

I almost picked one of these yellow. But I got busy, and meanwhile it turned orange and into a pumpkin. Go figure.
