Turf Builder poison

If our landscaper used turfbuilder and dandelion killer on our lawn this year should I be concerned about poison vegetables next year?

I will be building raised beds and discarding the grass that the chemical was used on?

The vegetables will not be poisonous to eat, but some of the herbicides (it is often a combination of three) have a retention time in the soil of several months, so you may or may not get deformed plants if the chemicals have not had enough time to break down. I would bet that as long as the chemicals were not put down in the late summer/fall you would ge OK.

When you make your garden, you could remove some of the dirt and add in a lot of compost. This should help mitigate the effects of any remaining herbicide.
