Something's eating my green beans

And it looks like it might be a little beige-colored bug with black spots. At least that's what I found floating in the water (a couple of them) when I brought them in to clean today. There are several "nibbles" on almost 2/3's of my beans. Any idea what this might be? And if so, is there something organic I can spray on the plants to keep these little buggers away? I don't want to use chemicals since it's already bearing fruit. Any suggestions appreciated ... thanks.

Try spraying your beans once a week with neem oil

Neem oil should work but I think you might have to dilute it.
