Cayenne peppers. What I have learned.
I now pick peppers once they start turning red and put them in the window seal. After a couple of days, they completely turn red. Now I have lots of red Cayenne peppers and am looking for a cayenne pepper sauce that I would can. The apple in a bag to redden did not work.
