These are 2 yukons we robbed for dinner last night, they each weighed a bit over 1 lb! So we each had 1/2 LOL.

LOL don't have a secret, they didn't get this big last year. Really can't wait to see what the final harvest is, we have about 100 plants. We also planted some in a couple of those potato buckets just for fun, we are both really dieing to see if anything grew in those, but they are still sprouting new leaves.
