The big guy didn't taste very good. He was hiding in between the garden fence and our wood fence.

Nice looking cukes, when I have ones to big, I peel them scrape the seeds out and then just chop them up for creamy cukes.

Well, I've always eaten them in sour cream with I think some vinegar (can't recall...it's been awhile and I'm not the one who usually makes it).

I always hear about people complaining that the large cukes are full of seeds.....I've always just eaten the seeds. Does anyone else eat the cumber seeds?
