Silly me, how do I post a word as a URL.

I've been shown this once before. How do you make a word in a sentence clickable. I couldn't find it in the Search the forum.

Here's an example I just did. "this thread" is clickable and looks like this:
[url=https://www.helpfulgardener.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=94346#94346]this thread[/url]
Code for it is:

Highlight the word or words you want to change into link, click on URL button to put URL codes around it, then click to the right of the first "url" add "=" then paste or type in the website address.

You can do a bunch of stuff with the BB Codes if the board will allow it. Something simple like make it bold or underline it is useful at times. Posting an image or making a clickable link are good things to know to help us get our information across. Have fun!
