Ted, good luck with commandeering the flower bed. Another trick, though somewhat sneaky, is to "accidentally" let a few vegetable seeds go in the flower bed :wink:.

Though their survival would depend on your wife's weeding habits.

Accidentally that's funny. I broadcasted basil and this and that and planted garlic, onions, swiss chard in about every one on of my flower beds this year.

Next year will be bigger, yes I have a problem.

ssssshhhhhhhh! Don't speak so loudly. My wife is on the other side of the room and she is telepathic. I don't want her to know my plans for her flower bed next spring.
