Hello Gardeners
I'm hoping to plant some stiff-necked garlic this fall and don't know what kind I should plant.
Does anyone know a variety that will grow well in southern Ontario? (or a similar climate)
Thanks

My niece lives in Ontario. She loves pickled garlic and buys it at the local farmers market. Last fall, I asked her to find out what kind it was, and she told me the farmer said he grows Music hardneck.
While I was researching it, way back in fall 2009, I found this great website devoted to growing garlic in Ontario.
While trying to find this site again this morning, I found another great website, this one less scientific and more readable.
Ontario appears to be a hotbed for growing garlic
