apparently I forgot to pick some summer squash.....

thats all. are gigantor yellow squash tasty? LOL

The thing to do is try one. Take the seeds out. I would steam it.

good call. I bet the seeds will make the texture pretty bad. I'll try steaming them too. there were 3 huge ones. I guess that is what happens when we get a good rainfall and I miss a few squash...

I went out to check my squash this evening and picked a bucketful of zucchini. I had picked 3 small ones Wednesday. That is all there was. They sure come on fast.

I guess they call it prolific squash for a reason, huh? LOL! I love it! it makes me excited to see such amounts of veggies!!

I pick my zucchini big all the time. Some don't like them big, but I've found when you boil (steam) them, they taste great and the seeds are soft enough to eat. Enjoy!
