Question about radish

Yesterday I was checking on my radishes and seen one popping out so I decided to just pull it out. It wasn't that big but it did taste good. Should I have waited longer? The others were not popping out yet.

Well, seeing as you're in SoCal, it is probably getting hot, which is not what radishes like. They will start to bolt, and once they do, the root growth will stop. So, if you see a flower stem developing, pick it and eat it (the radish, that is...not the flower stem). :)

It has been hot lately 103˚. Hopefully the others will be bigger.

Keep those radishes watered well.
Take your finger and move a bit of soil around the root to see how big they are getting. 3/4" to an inch is good.
