Garden was neglected for two weeks

My mother had open heart surgery 2 ½ weeks ago and I've completely neglected my garden. Water & weeding and everything that comes along with it.

I have done a good watering and weeding but I'm wondering if it'll benefit from fertilizer or blood meal or the other things I hear many talk about.
I've never given any of my garden fertilizer …. I'm not sure if this would be a good time...

What would I give them? One general good fertilizer (can I buy at Ace Hardware or do I need to go to a nursery?) or a certain fertilizer per plant?

What I have growing right now:
12 tomato plants (over 4ft high now)
Cherry Tomatoes
Cucumbers
Summer squash
Potatoes

What I am mostly concerned of:
Green peppers
Jalepenos
Banana peppers
Misc red peppers

Shaded bed:
Carrotts
Radishes
Lettuce
These aren't growing rapidly so I assume it's the heat but I figured it'd give them a shot. ;)

The lack of watering may have stressed the plants a bit, but other than that, your temporary shouldn't have hurt your garden at all.

I only weed about once every 2 weeks anyway .

Just water regularly and you'll see the plants start to come back.
