what is this bug on my cukes?

I noticed about 6 wilted leaves on my cuke plants, and under every wilted leaf were several of these bugs. They weren't on very many of the healthy leaves. What kind of bug is this? Tks!

Mine turned out to be the Marmorated Stinkbug.

Yes, I can see that now. Looks like the flash of the camera washed the color.

Tks for the replies. Applestar, my bug doesn't look like yours, but it kinda looks like some of the examples in the top 2 rows of the Bug Guide link.
If it is indeed a stink bug, what is the best way to deal with them?

Ok, I checked them today & there were some young ones like yesterday, but the was an older one that looked like the examples in the 3rd row down. These must be stink bugs. How do I get rid of them?

I've been dropping them in a container of soapy water along with the Japanese Beetles. I just got a reply back from Rutgers program that they DO want live samples if I would send them some, so I guess next time I'm outside, I'll have to resist drowning them...

Do you guys think homemade pepper spray or neem oil would be effective?
