Can Bell Peppers be Eaten with BER?

I have some bell peppers that only one corner has BER, can the rest of the pepper still be eaten?

Yes, for two reasons

1) BER isn't caused by a disease organism, so it is just a dead spot.

2) If it was caused by a disease organism (fungus, bacteria etc) that disease wouldn't harm people (and you would cut that part off unless you were really weird or trying to win a bet  ).
