green potatoes

Help I never got potatoes this is the first year for them to grow.
alot of my potatoes are still green.

What should I do can I still eat them and How do I store them. I got a lot of them this time lol

Sorry to tell you, but the green potatoes are poisonous (just like the leaves). It comes from being exposed to light when they are not hilled high enough. Severe bitterness usually accompanies the green coloration.

Store potatoes in a cool, humid, dark spot.

It's normally caused when the tops of the potatoes are exposed to the sun before they are harvested. Hilling up your plants as they grow almost eliminates the problem. I'd throw the green ones out, and at minimum, not eat any of the green portion.
