What to do with pole beans?

I'm still a newbie to gardening, so when I picked my bean seeds, I didn't really think about the differences.
So here I am, with a big pole bean plant and no idea what to do with the pole beans.
What do I do with them?

Thanks!

In my experience, pole beans are simply string beans. Maybe other types can be grown on a pole, but in general they are string beans. Pick them before the actual beans develop within the pod.
They're good by themselves or in any number of dishes.

You can freeze them can them cook them sautee them I pick them as we eat them when they first start producing then as they begin really producing I start picking them early (because they get stringy and tough after they fully mature) I will leave one bush (the biggest and healthiest) to ripe it's beans so I can save those for next years growing seasons (I grow virtually all year round). This year I will pick and freeze next year maybe I'll try my hand at caning and pickling.
