Overpopulation - Need to move some plants to pots....

I over did it again and have my broccoli, zucchini and brussel sprouts all over each other. As far as the broccoli and b-sprouts go, how deep a pot do I need to transfer them into? Thanks!

We meet weekly, although I think daily meetings may be necessary just prior to planting time next year
