Another lettuce question

I really need to harvest now. How do I store it and should I rinse?

Put it in an airtight container in the fridge, unwashed. Only wash it as it is taken out for eating. It will last more than a week this way....

I like to wash it and put it in a large tupperware bowl, put the lid on and refrigerate. It will keep a week or more this way. Use some as needed. Lettuce is one of those things that are not really suited for long term storage.
