Arugula/Bug problem

I can't understand what is going on! Something is eating all my Arugula & leaving everything else alone!

Any ideas?

Small round holes?

Everything beside it including my baby bids and iceberg and spinach have not a mark on them? This is also happening in my feed-tub that has a little lettuce in it - only the Arugula has holes?

Defective plants? :D

Nes,

I believe that is Flea Beetle damage.

Thanks for the suggestion Eric, that's definitely what it looks like - but I have other crops available that it would like much better (potatoes, peppers and cauliflower all close by).

I'm going to try a to treat it anyway
...sources suggest that garlic sprays are useful.

It's just very strange that this is affecting only my Arugula and nothing else in two separate locations.
