spider mites

I am having the worst time with red spider mites this year on my beans and vegetables. Does anyone know of something that will help?

Insecticidal soap will work well on them. Make sure you get the bottom of the leaves more so than the top. They will spend 90%+ of time on the underside. A heavy spray of water every few day's will help dislodge them as well.

Here is a link to give you some more info on them.

Good luck, I am being attacked by flea beetles I thought I had them under control but they are back. So keep up with them, it is easier in the beginning because these things spread fast when they get going.

I had a horrible time this year with spider mites. They took out all of my peas and my beans. It was heartbreaking. I used soap and water spray to literally wash my plants and it totally helped

I also bought some lady bugs, but I think most of them just flew away.

Now, I wash my plants a little more than once a week with just a water spray. I have been doing that for about a month and a half. So far so good...

Good luck!
