HAHA Deer are not a problem for me, I live in the city of Dallas. The fence keeps out neighborhood kids who like fresh veggies as much as I do!

I'm sixty miles north of Dallas. We have deer. Be glad to send you a few.

awesome pictures! I went out with the kids and planted some Raspberries, blueberries and strawberries. Looking at everyones pics of their gardens has been inspiring to say the least

Ha ha ha, don't think I haven't considered that already. Actually I would like to put a couple of square boxes in the middle with some flowers vegetables and seating. That lawn actually was a swimming pool when I bought the house. It was however half full with concrete and dirt from my neighbors old driveway.

Yup, that is my basil pot. Since it just grows back on its own every year I don't actually have much choice in the matter anymore.

Don't forget the fire ring. Friends over in the garden siting around a fire shoot the sheet, drinking a beer. Nothing better.
