Can you Identify?

This has been growing like a weed but it seems to be in only one spot in the garden. This is a new home and the garden was already established when I got there. If its a veggie, I would keep it but I don't want a tree/bush growing there :shock: . I have other things that I need help identifying as well.. more to follow

It looks similar to some horseradish I planted a few years ago, but have never dug up.

I don't know what they are, but I can't get over the 3 different stages of leaf shapes. :shock: 8)

OK, so I decided that before it would spit out a pod and take over my identity :shock: I took it out. Thanks to all that took a look.
