Miracle Tree, Moringa Oliefera - how to use it / eat it???

I planted a Moringa seed a few months back because I was interested in its use as food/medicine. I now have a 6' tall spindly thing, but I'm not sure what to do with it! Does anyone have any experience with using Moringa as a food?! How is it prepared?

I don't really want to let it grow into a big tree, but I would like to utilise the plant in some way, if that's possible while keeping it cut well back. Any tips?

Thanks :)

Go to Green Deane's page on [url=,_More_Than_You_Can_Handle.html
]moringa[/url]. He's in Orlando area. Sounds like you'll have to aggressively cut this tree back, but still get a lot of use out of it.
