Long time lurker... posting pics.

Hi all,
This is my second year planting a garden. I rent in a fourplex and everyone in my building is good about composting so I've had pretty good luck so far. I set up a drip system so that watering is easy.
So far I have:
2 Artichoke Plants
Fennel Bush (planted from seeds, now takes up the back corner)
2 Poblano Peppers
1 Itaxaca Pepper?
2 Jalapeno Peppers
1 Eightball squash
1 Yellow crookneck squash
3 zucchini plants
Onion Patch
2 Sweet 100 Tomatoes
4 Early Girl Tomatoes
1 Beefsteak Tomato (never had good luck)
1 Sweet Cluster Tomato
Golden Sugar Peas
Sugar Snap Peas
1 japanese Cucumber
1 Pickling Cucumber
1 other type of cucumber, but I can't remember :-)

Here are the pics.

Very Nice Sarah :!:

What are your daily- nightly temperatures. Looks like you are about two maybe three weeks ahead of me. Looking at your peppers more like a month.

I'm so relaxed about it, I really have only a bit of an idea. I think it's been in the 60's here during the day time and at night around high 40's low 50's.

I planted around this time last year, and my plants did really well, so I did the same thing this year.

I'm a teacher so I have a few weeks off for break which is the only time that I'll have to work in the garden for awhile.

Beautiful Sarah,

I used to grow in containers. I had fifteen lined up side by side slightly smaller than your wine barrel or whiskey barrel planter. I also used the drip irrigation. Works great.

Happy plants! I'm trying to remember from another thread: they get morning to mid-day sun and then they're in the shadow of the house? Or is it the other way around?

Looks like you've done a great job of making the most of what's available; I hope you have early harvests and second crops. :D

Hi Cynthia,
My main area gets sun all morning through about 4ish. I'm planning to cut back the neighbors tree that overhangs onto our yard, but I don't have the tools I need. I'm going to go to the tool library this weekend, I hope. The peppers against the wall don't get sun until about 9, but then they get sun all day long. It gets really hot over on that side. I'm hoping for early tomatoes :-)
