YES!! You need lights. Your little seedlings are pale and spindly and definitely showing the effects of
not enough light. It doesn't have to be fancy grow lights, ordinary fluorescents are fine. Check out the seed starting thread near the top of this (Vegetable Gardening) forum, for pictures of several different people's seed starting set ups.
