When to pot up seedlings from jiffy pellets

Hey Guys, just wondering for those using the jiffy pellets, at what point do you pot up? My stuff is all sprouted just fine, but they do not have their true leaves yet, can I pot up or will it hurt the plant?

I don't use the jiffy pellets, but in general you want to wait until the plant has at least one set of true leaves, maybe two, before you transplant. It's very delicate right now and just establishing roots. Patience!
