Like you have already acknowledged, a trip to the local markets is a good idea, but have you considered your local chefs? Good chefs in good restaraunts are always on the look-out for good quality, fresh produce. Just a phonecall to set up a quick chat, and who knows?

It might simplify things for you too, since it's a new venture, and you might be lucky enough to have to grow one or two vegetables/fruits. Just an idea, all the best! :D

that's a great idea rob! I've got several places in mind even. I didn't even think of calling local resteraunts!
