Are you planning on saving seed for planting?
Peppers are self fertile, but may also have some cross pollination going on by the bees. It is no issue unless you are saving seed for next year.

If you're trying to save seed don't you hybrid plants near non-hybrid plants. The potential for mixed pollination increases. Use either non-hybrid or hybrid, but not both unless you have the separated really well.
