Lettuce germination experiment

I did a little test to compare germination methods, the container was maintained at 70*F and >90% relative humidity (covered with a dome) for 48 hours. The seeds on the left side of the paper towel were shaded while the seeds on the right were exposed to the lights.

I just thought this was interesting enough to share.

So now you know that lettuce seeds like light to germinate! I always love it when people actually do the experiment. Thanks for sharing it.
