Aphids in the Vegetable Garde

I found these guys in my garden today:

I know that they can be controlled using soap sprays, and I have had luck with that in the past, but what other ways do you use?

I used to have a bunch of ladybugs in the back yard, but they don't seem to be around anymore! I don't use any pesticides, but I also havent had many aphids for them to eat!

All suggestions welcome!

Try typing aphid control in the Search the Forum feature at the top. There's been bunches written here about that already!
