Hi,
I just spread Blood and bone and Rok Solid (a full spectrum, Bio-Gro certified fertiliser) over my vegi patch, what I am wanting to know is how long do I have to wait before I can sow my bean seeds into the soil??

I don't know about your BioGro stuff. I looked at their website and didn't see any mention of Rok Solid. (The company looks interesting though!). But blood meal and bone meal are often put in the planting hole when things are planted, so as far as those go, I don't see any reason why you can't plant right away. If your Rok solid is some kind of rock dust or other mineral based thing, the same would go for it.

Those all seem to be slow release fertilizers. I would see no reason to plant right away or as RG said put them in with the planting.
Rainbowgardener Here is a link I found for Rok Solid it seems to be quite a good product from first impressions. Rok Solid
