tattie storage ?????

stupid newbie question, how can I store tatties?
I have a spare room in the house, but a problem with mice. any tips

Metal bin (garbage can or army surplus) with tight lid would be my suggestion. You can do it the old fashion way and put some almost dry (you don't want them sprouting) potting medium in the container to keep them fresh. When I was a kid the "grandpa" next door had a root cellar and did it that way. If your room gets too warm they will sprout.
