Very nice looking plants and veggies.
My veggies are growing well too. It's nice to harvest after such a long wait. Enjoy.

Yes, that is a Cuke vine. It's over 7' tall at this point.

Just since 2 days ago, it has grown about 2 more inches!!!

Charlette,

Very nice garden. Wouldn't know you are a first timer if you hadn't told us.

I am curious about the multi rooted carrot. Did you have more that were malformed like that. I've rarely had good luck with carrots and am curious. My carrots this year had great foliage but the carrots never developed past the root stage. They looked like toothpicks on beautiful plants. It has never bothered me because I am not a huge carrot fan. I look at growing carrots now as more of a challenge than a labor of love.

Thanks, Ted!! That was a very nice complement :D
All of my carrots came out twisted like that. I started another thread titled something like "Carrot Crop Pics" with pics of my entire carrot crop. The only thing I did to the soil was to lay a few inches of compost from the town & once they started growing, I fed them "Scotts' Vegetable Food".
