unknown squash

I have a mystery squash growing that I got in a multipack that had no tag. Here is a pic or the squash that just started growing:
What is it?

Could be an immature Delicata, a variety of winter squash. Does it seem to be developing a "hard" outer skin, like pumpkins and butternut squash do?

Delicata are more of a light color.
