zucchini's done?

I have had a decent crop off of two seperate plants this year and I have noticed there doesnt seem to be any more sprouting. How do you know when is it time to yank the plant? My garden is really cramped and I could use the space if I can get it. Thanks,
Jim

It is not unusual for zucchini to take a breather after setting several squash. They usually bloom again and produce right up to frost here. You can pull the plants anytime if you wish. Maybe the space is more important than a "maybe" zuke later?
