pumkins and watermelons!!!!!

I planted pumkins and crimson sweet watermelon together. Is this a bad idea?....my watermelons are about the size of volleyballs...and the pumkins have not took yet.

no issue as long as you have them spaced enough so that they don't crowd each other...

I wont grow watermelon any more I did try and both times they grew the size of a baseball and then I would see smll holes in the I would have to throw them way.
