Experiment with Plant Growth in Different Container Sizes

When it comes to growth, health and fruit production, container size does matter!

I am a big fan of growing cowpeas in the summer. It gets so hot here that not much else will grow, and they are delicious to boot!

This year I decided to put a few cowpeas in containers and experiment a bit to see how they reacted to container size.

The results are clear!

Both plants were started the same day in the same potting mix and get watered at the same time.

So yes kids, size does matter!

That 1 gallon plant looks rebound lol. The 3 gallon one looks like it still has a few weeks to get that. Good job man.

Great picture for the beginners :)
