who is the pesky invader?

ok opon reading some posts from bugs here I decided to have thourgh check of all my plants and foudn the top eara on one branch of my jalapeno completly infected eny idea who they are I got some shots.

there seems to be small green spider looking things like a bug/spider and while very tiny things maybe husks or spiders. not sure what they are. doesnt seem to be eny damage but I cant see this being good.

who are they and how do I get rid of them.

looks like aphids, and if so, just use an insecticidal soap, worm tea, or buy some lady bugs (my preferred method)

I don't see any green spider looking things in the pics. I see white dots though, which looks like aphids.
