Tiny holes in eggplant leaves

I have tiny holes in eggplant transplants. The plants have about 6 leaves. Do you think they will bounce back and is there anybody who can recommend a natural pesticide?

Do you see tiny black flea beetles on any of the plants.? If so just hand pick and smash them for a few days. That will cull them down until they decide to leave. Flea beetles seem to be active for a few weeks and then mostly disappear. At least that is the case here in my S.C. yard and garden.
