brussels and broc

I got some seeds for these but there listing as best time to plant in sprin/winter its now may I live in north east england. can I plant ether of them now and when would they mature. I think its to late for them for enytime durin the summer.

Both are cool weather crops that don't like the heat of summer. Your climate may not be as hot as mine, but here we can't grow those through the summer. I plant my seeds again in August for a fall crop. Just have to keep them real well watered at the beginning, but by the time they've sprouted and started developing, it's starting to cool off.
