Pepper's not doing well

I have 2 different types of bell pepper plants being grown in wicking pots on my back patio and they are both having issues with their leaves. They both are showing signs of new growth but neither is doing as well as I'd like here are some photos:

Now I check them every day and I've never seen anything that looks like a bug on them even though this is my primary suspicion. I'm a very very novice gardener so please don't leave out any possibilities when thinking about the causes.

Ok so I'm nearly positive the damage was done by spider mites what now how do I kill the buggers?

I wanted to reply since no one else has yet. I can't really help though as it's my first year growing peppers. I have some white spots on mine as well, although not as many as you seem to have. Someone suggested that it may be due to water left on the leaves in the heat? I'm not sure that's my problem, but I'll be watching it anyway.
I'm sure one of the 'experts' will be alonge shortly to help you with your problem.

I am excited that my plants are growing but I am little concerned about how much the leaves are drooping. They grow a bit each day, but the leaves are drooping so low and are so limp ...though they are nice and green....and as you can see from my pics, I am getting some flowers and even a pepper, albeit a very small one. I just wonder am I over, or perhaps under watering them? I am giving them about 1.5L of water each day. Yesterday it was 95 degrees in Memphis.
Ps. This is only my 2nd container garden.

I saw a mite a while back but nothing now. I've stopped seeing those brown spots but now something is cutting my leaves...

Drooping like that could be moisture (even if wet the container may be too small for the plant to get enough) or it might be [url=https://www.semena.org/agro/diseases4/fusarium-wilt-e.htm]fusarium wilt[/url]. The latter pretty much means destroying the plant before it infects your other plants...
No composting either; the garbage for the corpse...
