My Spinach Look ok...

ok here is the spinach or what we thought is spinach.. I had a few plants bolt on me does it look like these will also. Weather has been so hot here now tomorrow back to 65. Mother Nature has been so bad on us. Hot or cold. Hot or snowing :( Well excuse the water I sort of had to get them a lot of water at once the ground was so hard. It took 2 min to soak it up last night and I woke to dry ground again was hot last night. I am in Northern Utah what gives :( well here is what they look like

You can pick spinach leaves any time there are some nice ones. It is good steamed or raw in a salad. Enjoy!

After it bolts you can let it go to seed, for seed for next year if you wish.

That is definately spinach! And it looks good to harvest right now...I find that the leaves taste the best when small. As for bolting, they do look like they are getting tall and that has always been an indicator that they had only a short time left.
